We've been using Weorex for quite some time now, almost one year, I think. And the best part is, their quality is always the same, you see? Every time we order, the boxes are strong and exactly as per our requirement. This consistency really helps us in our dispatch work. It's a very reliable supplier, I must say.

There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the quantity we needed for one of our orders. We realized it a bit late, but when we contacted Weorex, they were very accommodating and managed to adjust our order quickly without causing any major delays. Their customer support was really helpful.

Weorex people are quick like anything! Whenever we need urgent packing, they deliver on time, no problem. Their team is also very helpful, always ready to assist.

Initially, we had a slight issue with the size of the first batch of boxes being a tad too small for one of our product lines. But the Weorex team was quick to understand the problem and immediately arranged for a new batch to be made to the correct specifications. Their promptness in resolving it was really impressive, and the new boxes are perfect!
