Our dedicated customer support team is available to assist you during our business hours: Monday to Friday (8 hours daily) and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. To ensure timely delivery, orders placed on Saturday will be efficiently processed and scheduled for dispatch on the following Monday.

Here’s the main idea: Weorex gives you choices for getting your packaging materials, even though they don’t deliver directly to your door.
Option 1: Pick Up from a Local Transport Hub
- When you order online, you’ll see a list of nearby lorry sheds or transport points.
- Choose the one that’s easiest for you to get to.
- Once your order is ready, Weorex will send it to that location.
- They’ll let you know when it’s ready for you to pick up.
- Benefit: This can save you money on delivery costs and makes pickup easier if you know the local transport system.
Option 2: Arrange Your Own Transportation
- If you prefer, you can choose to have your own transporter pick up the order.
- Once your order is packed, Weorex will give you all the details your transporter needs (size, weight, pickup time).
- Your transporter can then collect the goods directly from Weorex in Madurai.
- Benefit: You have full control over the shipping, which is great for large or special orders.
Important Things to Know:
- Weorex will keep you updated about when your order is sent and when it’s ready for pickup.
- Orders are processed during business hours: Monday to Friday (8 hours a day) and Saturday (10 AM to 3 PM). Sunday is closed.
- Weorex’s goal is to make getting your packaging materials as smooth and convenient as possible, considering the nature of their products.
