At Weorex Pvt. Ltd., we provide flexible and reliable transportation methods to ensure your order reaches you in the most convenient way. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Transportation Methods
We offer two primary transportation options for our customers:
a) Designated Lorry Services
For large or bulk orders, we dispatch goods through our partnered lorry services. At the checkout stage, you will be able to choose a nearby lorry shed for parcel collection. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched to the selected lorry shed.
Note: It is your responsibility to collect the parcel directly from the chosen lorry point. We recommend you collect it within 2 days of arrival to avoid any storage fees or complications.
b) Customer-Arranged Transportation
If you prefer, you may arrange your own transportation service to pick up your order from our lorry shed in Madurai.
- All costs and responsibilities related to this transport lie with you.
- If desired, you may also opt for transit insurance at your own cost. Weorex will not cover or pay for insurance fees, but we can support you in filing insurance claims, if required.
2. Shipping Timelines
- We typically dispatch orders on the next working day or within 2 business days after receiving full payment.
- During high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unexpected logistics delays (such as strikes, natural disasters, or transportation breakdowns), dispatch may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you through your registered contact details.
3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched:
- You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).
- This confirmation will include the lorry shed location and other pickup details.
4. Parcel Handling & Responsibility
- We take utmost care in packing and dispatching your order securely from our facility.
- Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the goods are handed over to the lorry services or your assigned transporter.
- If you choose our lorry service, we ensure that your goods are handed over securely and accurately.
5. Transit Damages
- Minor transit damage up to 2% to 3% of the goods is considered normal and not eligible for return or refund.
- For damage beyond this, we will assess the issue and offer a refund equivalent to the damaged quantity’s value, if found valid.
- All claims for transit damage must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the goods, along with photo/video proof.
6. Lost Parcels
- If your parcel is lost or goes missing due to an error on our side, we take full responsibility and will resolve your issue within 5 working days.
- For customer-arranged transportation, Weorex is not liable for any loss or damage during transit. We encourage opting for insurance coverage in such cases.
7. Delay in Pick-up
- Once your parcel reaches your selected lorry service location, you are responsible for collecting it on time.
- Weorex is not liable for delays in picking up the parcel from the lorry shed.
- Delayed pick-up is not a valid reason for order cancellation or refund.
8. Shipping Charges & Conditions
- The prices displayed on our website include GST and applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges are not included in the product prices and must be paid directly to the lorry service provider at the time of parcel collection.
- There is no minimum order quantity for dispatch. However, we do not currently offer any free transportation schemes.
